When will my pieces arrive?
I ship orders once a week. Once your shipping label is created, you will receive a tracking number in your inbox. Domestic shipping tends to be quite fast, while international shipping obviously takes a tad longer.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. I am an artist, and I do not offer refunds for artwork. If your order gets lost or damaged in transit, I will happily replace it.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Worldwide shipping is available. Although I am based in the United States, I ship worldwide. Just select “International Shipping” when making your purchase.
What’s the difference between your fine art paper and regular paper?
The fine art paper for my prints features a smooth matte surface in a heavyweight (230 gsm). It is a neutral white, acid-free paper designed for accurate color reproduction and longevity.
Can you change the color or size of an artwork?
Potentially. Send me a message here describing what you are looking for, and I will do my best to make it happen.
My print never showed up because I entered my shipping address wrong! Can you refund me or send me another one for free?
Please double-check and make sure you entered the correct shipping address and email before placing an order. It is expensive to replace prints that are lost due to customer typos.
My print arrived damaged/I got the wrong print!
